Why does the price change with my Stripe volume?

Higher processing volume means more Stripe events to monitor and higher stakes if an alert is missed. Pro and Max scale along five volume brackets, from under $100k monthly up to $1.5M. Above $1.5M we move to a custom Enterprise agreement that includes account-manager access and dedicated on-call support.

Is there a free trial or free tier?

Yes. The Free plan is permanent, not a trial — you can monitor one Stripe account with the Freeze Risk Score, a 7-day trend, basic decomposition, and weekly batched alerts at no cost. Upgrading to Pro or Max is a paid step only when you need real-time delivery or deeper probability models.

How do I cancel or downgrade?

You can cancel or change plans at any time from the dashboard billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access through the end of the current billing period. Downgrading to Free happens immediately and keeps your historical risk data intact.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a no-questions refund inside the first 14 days of any paid subscription. After that, annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months. Full terms are on the refunds page.

Pro and Max plans deliver alerts to email, Slack, and Telegram out of the box. PagerDuty and custom webhook integrations are available on Max and Enterprise plans. All alerts include the triggering signal, current risk level, and a specific action playbook.
