Policy
Our policies on refunds, credits, and cancellations.

This Refund Policy governs refunds for subscriptions to FreezeAlert, operated by Axiron, Corp. ("we," "us"). This policy supplements the Terms of Use (Section IV.6).
Payments for FreezeAlert are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. All refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if it finds evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
